Jim Popa
President
An award-winning solution sales professional with more than 23 years sales and sales management experience. Skilled in coaching sales teams and closing complex sales campaigns to fortune 500’s, CoLo’s, healthcare providers, and the financial verticals.
A 1999 graduate of The Ohio State University (BA Economics) and 1992 graduate of Culver Military Academy. He also spent 4 years playing professional Ice Hockey.
Jim is a proud father of two (Andy 14 and Ava 10). During his free time he enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, hiking and spending time with his children.

Jennifer Saye
Manager Inside Sales
Jennifer Saye – Graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Business Management before moving to Charlotte to begin a career with Red Ventures.
While at Red Ventures she held a vital role in a sales team that ranked Top 2 in sales for 4 years running. After 4 years in sales, Jenn was promoted to President of Quality Assurance/Retention Department which she developed from the ground up, managing teams in Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Miami and Charlotte.
Jenn left Red Ventures to start a family and went to work part time in the service industry where she handled staffing, ordering and customer care. Jenn is a driven professional who is enthusiastically looking forward to getting back in the industry.
